What we collect Your contact details, study preferences, academic background and any documents you choose to upload.

Why we use it To advise you, prepare and track applications, and keep you informed about your progress. We only share information with a university when it is needed for an application you have asked us to support.

Marketing Marketing messages are separate from service messages. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your student account or by contacting us.

Your choices You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account. Contact hello@helpmedegree.co.uk and a member of staff will handle your request.

This notice explains our practices. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace advice from your own adviser.

Data protection registration HelpMeDegree Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC237200. You can verify our registration on the public ICO register, and you have the right to raise a concern with the ICO about how we handle your personal data.
